Terms and conditions

Here are listed the terms and conditions which regulates customers' requests, unless indicated and/or agreed differently upon during the actual booking. The hotel management reserves however the right to modify the conditions about new requests without advance notice

Booking methods

  • The request about availability is not binding and it isn't a contract for none of the parties
  • In case of actual availability a communication will be sent to the costumer containing the summary of the conditions about the requested stay (stay dates and concerning prices) to be confirmed in 48 hours. A missing confirmation in due time implies the request override.
  • The booking contract will be perfected through the payment of a deposit Or through sending the credit card data as a guarantee.

Booking confirmation through a deposit

The booking will be only confirmed when the deposit will be received and this will have to take place within and no later than 7 days after the booking day

Terms of the deposit payment and concerning penalties:

  • Methods of payment accepted: Bank transfer, Postal order, Credit card, Banker's draft (non-transferable)
  • Amount requested: 1 night/s
  • Deposit payment expiration date: 7 day/s

In case of booking confirmation through credit card, the costumer authorizes the deposit payment together with the sending of his/her personal data

In case of a booking cancellation by the customer, the deposit will not be refunded

Booking confirmation through credit card guarantee

No sum will be withdrawn in advance and the stay will be paid when on place, except in case of application of penalties because of late cancellations or no show

Terms about the communication of credit card data and concerning penalties:

  • Expiration date of credit card data communication: 7 day/s
  • Penalties concerning late arrival or no show: 1 night/s

Other booking informations

  • The hotel management reserves the right to request an advanced payment at the time of the costumer's arrival or weekly charges during the customer stay
  • In case of early departure the hotel management reserves the right to charge the full price for the days of the actual stay and the room price for the exceeding days
  • Although not previously reported, booking is regulated by the "C.C.I.I.A. decree n. 364 of 11/07/1976" of the province of Lucca in the regulamentation about "Usi del settore Alberghiero".
